SteeleGrace Retreats · Montana ranch country & beyond
Therapy-led retreats for women in the chapter nobody talks about.
Four days in the mountains. A small table of women who understand. Licensed therapists leading the sessions, and every other detail handled with concierge-level care.
Not a fix. A place to set it down.
SteeleGrace will never pretend more hard days aren’t coming. A guest leaves with a moment of real peace she can hold onto, and women she can call when she needs them.
What every guest can count on
Who we’re for
The losses the world doesn’t send flowers for.
- The divorce nobody brings a casserole to.
- The son on drugs she can’t mention at book club.
- The remission that looks like good news from the outside and feels like a countdown from the inside.
- The mother gone a year now, while everyone else has long moved on.
These women are not broken. They are unaccompanied.
See how it worksWe believe healing begins long before the first session.
It begins with feeling welcomed, safe, seen, and cared for. It begins the moment someone realizes they do not have to carry everything alone.
To create extraordinary spaces where hope, healing, and human connection flourish.
Request an invitationThe details
That is why every detail matters.
The handwritten welcome note, the journal waiting in each room, the carefully selected gifts, the quiet moments in nature, the warmth of a shared meal, and the professionalism behind every schedule, reservation, and guest communication.
What she feels
The fire is already lit when she comes in from the ride. Nobody needs a thing from her tonight.
Evening, day one
Behind the scenes
What we handled before she arrived
- Susanna calls every guest before she arrives, to learn her story and her favorite things.
- A gift basket and a handwritten note waiting on her bed.
- Linen spray, an eye mask, a journal: small things no one has thought to give her.
- Downtime written into the schedule for the woman who wants to slip away and write.
What she feels
The long table is lit and waiting. She sits down, and the evening is hers.
Evening, day three
Behind the scenes
What we handled before she arrived
- A chef’s menu curated to every woman at the table.
- EMDR-informed and somatic sessions, led by licensed clinicians.
- Bonfires at night, and someone who knows the constellations.
- A group thread started before she flies home, so the friendships last.
The Restorative Standard
Every guest should feel seen, safe, supported, restored, inspired, and hopeful.
-
01
Seen
Susanna calls every guest ahead. When she arrives, she’s greeted by name: “I’m so glad you’re here.”
-
02
Safe
Therapeutic sessions are led by licensed clinicians. Groups stay small. Privacy is the default, not an upgrade.
-
03
Supported
One producer on site from first morning to last goodbye. No guest is ever left to figure it out alone.
-
04
Restored
Rest is scheduled like anything else that matters. Sleep, stillness, and a good meal come first.
-
05
Inspired
Settings chosen to widen the view: mountains, water, and more sky than she’s seen in a while.
-
06
Hopeful
She leaves with a moment of real peace to hold onto: “I felt it before. I can feel it again.”
Another year of carrying everything alone. Another “getaway” that’s beautiful and changes nothing. Another trip you plan, pack, and manage for everyone else.
For once, you get to be the guest.
How it works
Three steps. Nothing for you to manage.

The founder
“So other women can feel held and heard and seen and just set their burdens down — if only for four days.”
Susanna has spent most of her adult life finding the counselors and guides who could actually help her, and she has felt the healing of EMDR herself. Now she finds them for other women.
She built a nationally recognized brand from nothing, raised two children on her own, and rebuilt after losing nearly everything.

There’s a place for you at the table.
Strength to carry it. Grace to set it down.
